CORNER CONSOLE IN GOLDEN WOOD Console of contained dimensions in skillfully carved and gilded wood; arched Verona red and old yellow marble top; the undertop fascia is richly carved and exhibits a lively floral ornament that alternates with a sober geometric motif, in the center an oval medallion with an effigy placed in connection by two festoons; resting on three high fluted and rudent trunk-conical supports, ending with pear-shaped tip and acanthus leaf. Rome, Louis XVI (last quarter of the 18th century). 43 x 88h cm
