The front of the piece of furniture has a drawer under the mottled red marble top, a drop-front concealing small drawers and open compartments, and two doors in the lower part.
The entire surface is finely threaded in pear wood tinted green and boxwood with geometric patterns.
The drop-front is centered by a four-lobed reserve in bois de rose with herringbone grain, while the two doors are characterized by an oval-shaped motif made with the same technique.
The feet are inverted truncated pyramids shod with gilded bronze sabots.
