Description
A pair of carved, gilded, and polychromed wooden cherub candle holders, depicted in flight with spread wings and fluttering drapery cinched at the hips. The chubby faces with rosy complexions and the dynamic arrangement of the figures reflect the full Baroque taste. Each cherub holds a shaped candle holder in its hand.
