Pair of carved, lacquered, and painted wooden candlesticks of Venetian manufacture. The twisted stem, a characteristic element of the Baroque repertoire, is set on a prismatic base with a quadrangular plan and pierced panels with geometric and floral motifs, supported by animalistic feet. The upper petal-shaped drip pan holds the metal candle holder spike. The polychrome decoration is articulated on a yellow background with red reliefs.

Condition report: Good state of preservation of the wooden structure. Widespread lacunae and craquelures on the lacquered surface, in keeping with the age of the piece.
