Made entirely of carved and gilded wood, with a central sectioned body painted with polychrome floral motifs on a gold background. The upper stem terminates in acanthus leaves and connects via iron chains to the twelve light-bearing arms arranged on the rim, alternating with full-round carved winged putti, each holding a light arm. The ensemble reflects the characteristics of Italian decorative production from the first decades of the 19th century, in dialogue with the Charles X taste. The structure has been electrified, with the system requiring revision.
Condition report: Good general state of preservation. Signs of wear on the gilding are present, with bole showing through in several areas, and minor localized losses. Electrical system requires revision.
