Roll-top desk in rosewood, mahogany, and alternating maple and rosewood inlays. The upper flap door conceals a fitted interior with two drawers, open compartments, and a hidden compartment beneath the writing surface. A pair of pull-out slides support the flap door. Features three drawers with slightly curved fronts and bracket feet. Interior is veneered in poplar. Central Italy, mid-18th century.
