This imposing rectangular stained glass window is a splendid example of glassmaking art, combining technical mastery with an elegant figurative composition framed by architectural elements.
The Central Scene:
The heart of the composition is an oval medallion set within an elaborate scrollwork of vibrant emerald green foliage, finished with smoky grey details and dotted with ruby red drops. Inside, a tender "Madonna and Child" is depicted, painted with great delicacy.
