Eliodoro Coccoli (Brescia 1880 – 1974) Angel, 1922 Charcoal, pastel, and white lead on squared cardboard 84 x 54 cm  Translated
Description:
Eliodoro Coccoli was born in Brescia on June 30, 1880, and died there on March 1, 1974. From early childhood, he demonstrated a strong inclination for painting. He attended the "Moretto" Art School, where, after graduating, he became a teacher. From 1925 to 1955, he taught figure painting at the "Beato Angelico" School in Milan. At a very young age, he became involved in national and international artistic life, participating in numerous competitions and winning prizes and various awards. Eliodoro, gifted with great graphic talent, was a talented painter and often dedicated himself to creating frescoes and decorations for churches and important palaces. He made numerous works in Italy (Lombardy, Piedmont, Liguria, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino-Alto Adige) and abroad, where he worked in Switzerland and Malta. Presented here is a charcoal and pastel drawing with traces of white lead, on dusting cardboard, depicting an angel. The work, like all our other items, will be sold with a certificate of authenticity. We personally handle and organize the packaging and shipping of our artworks, with insurance, worldwide. If the work is purchased by non-Italian customers, a certificate of free circulation will be required. This can be obtained in 10-20 business days. The gallery will handle the bureaucratic and financial aspects. All transaction costs are therefore included in the price.  Translated
