Beautiful pair of large Japanese vases from the second half of the 19th century. The two vases, with a very pleasant "trumpet" shape, are characterized by polychromy where cobalt blue, red, and orange are the predominant tones, but where gold and the pink of the blossoming cherry tree also stand out.
