Description:
Saint Anthony standing, depicted in the act of preaching. His cassock is made up of a gold-decorated tunic, striped with dense parallel black lines, and cinched at the waist with a splendid golden cord. Around his neck is the "scapular," also entirely gilded, and on his feet are classic leather sandals. Measures 136x40x40 cm. The sculpture is complete with arms and hands, one of which holds a beautifully crafted open book. (not visible in the photograph) This work, like all our other items, is sold with certificates of authenticity and lawful provenance. We personally handle and organize the packaging and shipping of artworks, with worldwide insurance. If the work is purchased by non-Italian customers, it will require a certificate of free circulation. This can be obtained in 10/20 business days.
