Pair of Silver Salt Cellars, Milan 1800, circular in shape with a tripod base formed by two wire filigrees forming a lily supporting the salt cellar's rim and ending at the base with a sort of small heart with a bead.
The salt cellar consists of a crystal cup with a star engraved on the bottom and is secured to the rim by a bezel that locks the crystal and fits into the salt cellar.
On the rim of these antique Milanese salt cellars, we find the hallmarks: the plow related to the II title of silver (800/000), the world with seven stars relating to the Guarantee Office of Milan from 1812 to 1872, and finally the silversmith's mark in a round field with the initials G.S.
Good state of preservation, compatible with the dating and use.
