George III Sterling Silver Condiment Stand, Paul Storr, London, 1808
This magnificent and large antique George III condiment set comprises two mustard pots, two large oil/vinegar bottles on the original stand. The two large oil/vinegar bottles retain their original hinged lids. The imposing mustard pots retain their original lids, embellished with original engraving and surmounted by acorn-style terminals. The components of this imposing antique Georgian condiment set are displayed on the original plain oval stand with hallmarks. The stand is decorated with impressive integrated handles, in acanthus leaf and scroll decorated, with a beaded border around the edge. The stand retains its original hallmark’s supporting frame decorated with wire incorporating four receptacles held on four column supports with lion paw feet, which attach to the underside of the stand by locking nuts.

Slight signs of age-related wear and superficial scratches. The 5 hallmarks are present on the base of the stand.
