The carved and painted wooden sculpture depicts the allegory of Wisdom as a young woman standing on a low parallelepiped; she wears a long and plastic tunic fastened at the waist by a knotted belt and a drape falling on her shoulders. Between her bust and left arm, she holds a large closed volume, while in her opposite hand she holds a lit torch above her head. Her face is turned upwards, her hair is gathered in a bun above her nape, from which a flowing lock escapes.
