Austrian trumeau from the second quarter of the 18th century with original patina and almost entirely original hardware, finely veneered and inlaid in burr walnut. Refined inlays of decorative motifs typical of the period and origin, with baroque and geometric panels in maple, ebony stained maple, plum, and burr walnut. With magnificent original first patina. City of Vienna, second third of the 1700s. Of noble origin with the rank of Marquis (see embossed crown in the external hardware). Condition: In patina, with the largely prevalent material substance of the early eighteenth century, but with signs of limited restorations and/or integrations with possible structural alterations in later centuries. Height 143 cm, width 114 cm, depth 64 cm. Restored with shellac finish applied with a pad using museum standard technique.
