The cylindrical body is joined by a narrow neck that ends in an everted mouth and rests on a short foot with a ring base. On the front, a cobalt blue decoration with Baroque figures, on the front a crowned coat of arms with the monogram of San Bernardino, under the cartouche that closes the pharmaceutical inscription with a pendant with a Marian monogram that indicates the creation for a pharmacy of the Society of Jesus.
