Elegant Trapani coral brooch from the late 19th century. It features a floral bouquet made of various hand-carved and worked coral pieces, individually attached to an oval base, entirely made of gilded copper. All flowers and foliage are attached in a layered arrangement to create a bouquet, typical craftsmanship of the Sicilian coral masters of the time.
