The extraordinary bureau trumeau, shaped on the front and both sides, veneered in walnut and burr walnut, features a top section with two mirrored doors framed in the shape of a "Doge of Venice Hat", the shaped cornice with arched crowning framing a mirror engraved with a classical figure. The interior features valuable small drawers and open compartments, the lower section with a drop-leaf concealing small drawers and a door with a wavy line, the molded base rests on finely carved feet.
