Important custom-made professional shelving unit in solid walnut, dating to the early 19th century. U-shaped structure with a lower section featuring doors and drawers; the upper section includes illuminated display cabinets, open compartments, drawers, and hidden cupboards behind false fronts. Two large arches define the composition: one still has its original hinged doors, while the second was opened later for functional purposes. An elegant architectural cornice crowns the entire structure.
Condition: generally good, but restoration and integrations are certainly needed. The piece is largely without a back panel, as the original wall of the room served as its rear support.
