Beautiful copper painting of devotional subject. The support is antique, the copper is thick and of the right weight. It is possible that it is a work from the Roman area executed by a painter of Spanish influence or from the central-southern area. The frame is very fascinating, reminiscent of Roman examples from the 17th century. The copper placed under glass is kept in optimal condition. The same is true of the frame, which retains all its bronze inserts, both those with putti and the beautiful gilded bronze frames.
