A still life painter, a pupil of Lorenzo Lippi, Angelo Gori and Onorio Marinari, he specialized in portraying varieties of flowers, fruits and animals from life and in natural size. Most of his works are owned by Florentine galleries, Uffizi, etc.
The painting is accompanied by an expertise of Prof. Mina Gregori and published in 2012. Exhibited at the Florence Biennale of Antiques.
