Interesting cabinet-coin cabinet, probably rebuilt in the early 19th century, with panels and woods consisting of Certosino inlays from the late 15th century. Carpenteries of this type were in vogue in the second half of the 15th century in a vast area of central Italy, between Umbria, Marche and Tuscany, elaborated by master woodworkers in charge of the construction of monumental liturgical and monastic furnishings.
Woods and panels that make up the structure, the pilaster strips, the drop-front door and the plating of the small drawers are antique Certosino parts.
