In very good storage conditions, with patina and signs of use, abrash consistent with the period. Still vivid natural vegetable colors. Flat textile structure typical of Anatolian Kilims. From the design and color palette (dominance of red with the use of turquoise, light blue, black, beige and white) the Anatolian origin is evident, plausibly from the Yörük nomads or Malatya / Adiyaman or perhaps tribal areas near the Taurus Mountains.

1. Central intertwined rhombus motif (white diamonds):
Shape: Series of interconnected rhombuses forming a symmetrical diamond structure.
Meaning: Woman / femininity / fertility. Protection of the womb / family continuity. Often linked to kilims made as a wedding dowry.
2. "Tree of life" or "stylized hand" motifs. Arranged vertically, with side branches that look like hands or trees with fruit.
Meaning: Vitality, offspring, longevity. The "hands" can be amulets against the evil eye (like the hand of Fatima). Sometimes associated with agricultural fertility and the desire for prosperity.
3. Motifs on the edges – Birds or 'Elisi' (stylized hands)
Shape: Opposing triangular motifs, sometimes they look like stylized birds with open wings. Meaning: Freedom, messengers between worlds, in some areas they also represent the souls of the protecting dead. Frequent in Yörük and Konya/Karaman kilims.
4. Small "S" or zig-zag signs between the motifs: Meaning: Symbols of a stylized snake, protection. Also representation of the wind or spiritual movement. Very common in Malatya and Sivas kilims.
