Late 19th-century Rococo-style display table. Carved with rocaille motifs and completely gilded, it features four Louis XV style curved legs supporting a top within a structure of curved and carved frames that accommodate bevelled and etched glass, both in the top and in the bands, where the glass doors open to serve as shelves. The interior is lined in red velvet. This type of small table originated in the late 1800s and they are functional pieces of furniture, mainly used to hold bar bottles and glasses or collections of objects.
