Superb pair of sconces in richly carved and gilded wood, with figures of grotesque masks at the apex and at the base.
Applied to each base is a two-light candlestick; the internal mirror of each one bears the figure of a Venetian character in period costume.
These are two objects in perfect condition, datable to the first half of the 18th century, Venice (Louis XV style).
