The pair of elegant chandeliers was made in France towards the end of the 19th century. The structure is in chiseled and gilded bronze. In the center, facing downwards, is mounted a clock with a circular bronze frame from which depart the six chiseled and curvilinear bronze arms on which a second circular frame in gilded and chiseled bronze is grafted with a larger diameter, within which a crystal pair decorated with bronze applications with flower motifs is inserted. The six lights are presented with chiseled and gilded bronze bobeches. At the center of the light stems the linear, chiseled and gilded bronze shaft that ends towards the ceiling anchorage with a circular bronze element chiseled with foliage motifs. The shaft is embellished with crystal boules that, by creating highlights and reflections, make the whole graceful. The chandeliers can be easily placed in all environments, in both antique and modern contexts.
The clocks need revision. In one of the two dials, the glass is missing.
