Description:
Street girl with bouquet of flowers: splendid and authentic oil painting on canvas, made in 1974 by the artist Pino Daeni (Bari 1939/New Jersey 2010) born with the name of Giuseppe Dangelico. His artistic approach took place in Bari, at the Art Institute of his city, and then continued in the 60s in Milan, at the Brera Academy, where during the first years he was particularly interested in portraiture of the human figure. Over the years, his figure as an international artist was strengthened with exhibitions and shows throughout Europe, until he landed in 1978 with his family in the United States where he worked and lived until 2010. The canvas alone measures cm. 60x80, the frame cm.84x104, the passepartout is cm.3.5 wide. Signed at the bottom right (photo n°9): on the back there is a dedication (photo n°8): To the very kind dear friend Luciana March 1976 signed Pino Daeni. It is in excellent condition.
