Antique PAINTING, fresco fragment depicting Nobles on horseback and a Castle. Attributed to Umberto Giunti, Siena (1886 – 1970), a Sienese forger trained at the school of Icilio Federico Joni, known as the 'Calcinaccio Forger.' The painting in question exhibits stylistic similarities to fragments of frescoes depicting figures in costume, many of which are now held at the National Gallery of Ireland.
