Rare "miniature/saleron" (salt cellar) from the late 19th century, shaped like a small tub, in blown, acid-etched, and enameled glass, depicting a winter lake landscape inspired by Dutch engravings, with gold trim and DAUM Nancy signature in gold, with the Cross of Lorraine.
In excellent condition, measures approximately 4 cm in diameter by 3.5 cm in height, and has the unique feature that when filled with salt, the transparent part depicting the lake appears frozen.
