Linden wood sculpture, painted in polychromy and depicting Saint Pasquale Baylon (1540-1592) in adoration of the Eucharist, which he holds in his left hand in a monstrance now without the radiating theca. Recognizable, in addition to the typical attitude of his iconography, also by the Franciscan habit and the beardless face. The proclamation as Blessed in 1618 constitutes a terminus post quem for the creation of the sculpture, confirmation also given by the stylistic figure of carving, in particular by the thick locks of hair, the fleshy mouth and the heavy eyelids, characteristics of sculpture from the first half of the seventeenth century.
