Unique and rare center desk or bureau plat made in France, in Paris, in the 18th century, Louis XV period. Measurements H max 90; H top 67 x W 62 x D 40 cm The furniture has a refined violet wood veneer and also consists of a sliding blind, very rare, lined in fabric with floral chinoiserie decoration. The top is elegantly covered in black leather with golden decorations and offers a drawer on the right side. Refined decorations in chiselled and gilded bronze adorn the corners, tips and drawer escutcheon. In good condition with some small signs of wear and age on the leather top.
