Louis Philippe double bed, in walnut. Composed, as was customary at the time, of two single beds joined together. This piece of furniture consists of a high headboard with the typical wavy workmanship at the top and a panel enclosed by two uprights, shaped at the bottom with the application of a simple frame to reinforce the section, elegant vase-shaped feet support the structure. The footboard of lower height, but with the same design, has frames around the panel to frame the central field, here too the uprights end with the same shape and frame as the headboard. The effect obtained through the use of a walnut essence rich in nuances further enriches the constructive refinement of this furniture. The furniture is sober but elegant, with enveloping and soft lines typical of the style. The possibility of using it also as two single beds makes it even more appreciable.
