Pair of unpublished Lazio landscapes created by Jan Frans van Bloemen (Antwerp 1662- Rome 1749), attributable to his early Roman period, as per the expertise of Professor Giancarlo Sestieri. The paintings are set within two frames, in the Salvator Rosa style, gilded with genuine gold leaf and made by an artisan about 30 years ago. Canvas dimensions 62.5x74.5 cm, with frame 76x88 cm.
