A sculptor of remarkable talent, he was a student of Ulisse Cambi in Florence. Author of many sculptures of busts and portraits, we mention that of Vittorio Emanuele II for the hall of the Grand Council of Florence.
He exhibited in Florence in 1861, at the Permanente di Belle Arti in Turin in 1884 and at the General Italian Exhibition also in Turin.
