Splendid painting depicting Still Life, the painter has painted bouquets of flowers in a vase and scattered them on the ground... The colors are bright and vivid. A light professional cleaning would surely improve the chromatic rendering even further. The painting has been relined and re-stretched. Under Wood's lamp inspection, the pictorial restoration is minimal and limited to the outer perimeter of the canvas, which is monochrome; the important central parts are untouched.
