A rare and elegant engraving from the first half of the 1800s by Pierre Gabriel Berthault (1737/1831), known as Berthault oncle (uncle), depicting two 18th-century commodes in scale, within a contemporary frame from the early 1800s, veneered with glossy and matte gold. The original antique engraving measures 30x43 cm, with the 1800s frame measuring 37x50 cm, and is in good condition.
