Four-panel Chinese lacquered screen from the late 19th century in wood and black lacquer, finely decorated. The four panels are adorned with a refined scene of court life set in an elegant oriental garden, with figures, traditional architecture, a bridge, trees, and floral motifs, rendered with great richness of detail. The lower part of each panel is decorated with reserves depicting flowers and birds, also executed in mother-of-pearl, while the frames feature delicate ornamental motifs that enhance the overall elegance.
