Elegant centerpiece table made in the Rolo area towards the end of the 19th century, characterized by a refined top entirely inlaid with wood essences of different shades. The circular top features a rich geometric motif achieved through meticulous inlay work that creates a captivating three-dimensional effect. The alternation of different wood essences gives rise to a composition of rhombuses and hexagons that, depending on the viewing angle, generates an elegant perspective play of great decorative impact. The edge is enhanced by an inlaid geometric band that harmoniously frames the entire top. The central support, finely turned and decorated with subtle threading, rests on three shaped legs that lend balance and elegance to the ensemble. The table retains a pleasant period patina that enhances the quality of the woods and highlights the finesse of the artisanal execution. Condition: The table is in good condition. Over time, some structural consolidation and re-gluing interventions have been carried out, visible mainly in the lower part of the base, as is normally found in furniture over a century old. These interventions do not compromise the solidity or aesthetic balance of the artifact.
