PAIR OF LOUIS XV MIRRORS MID-18TH CENTURY
Description:
Refined pair of mirrors in carved and finely gilded wood with double gold leaf. The mirrors are distinguished by a frame characterized by refined carvings of volutes and phytomorphic scrolls, ending with geometric decorations on the background and crowned by a palm leaf crest. The mirrors in both are original to the period, mercury-silvered; if they are not to your liking, it is possible to replace them with other antique mirrors. This is a pair of mirrors of great taste and refinement, capable of giving a touch of class and antiquity to any environment. Tuscan craftsmanship from the Louis XV period, around the mid-18th century.
