Antique Italian painting dated 1845. Oil on canvas, first canvas, depicting a landscape with mountains and wayfarers, of good pictorial quality. This painting is a good size and attractively decorated, adorned with a carved and gilded wood and plaster frame, complete with a wooden mat. Signed and dated lower left Pagani 1845 (see photo), signature under study. This horizontal painting, with good depth, is suitable for antique dealers and interior decorators. This work is part of a companion piece for sale separately (see photo and request the price of the pair, if available). The painting has undergone some conservative restoration work, with color restoration and a patch on the back (see photo). The canvas also has a small tear in the center (see photo).
