Antique Gilded Working Table Clock 1800

Antique gilded vertical table clock with a round dial placed on a two-handled vase with a removable lid, supported by two anthropomorphic figures with legs formed by two leafy volutes. The structure sits on a shaped rectangular base supported by five feet. On the enameled dial of this gilded Parisian clock, we find Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes. The double winding mechanism operates both the timekeeping and the striking mechanism for hours and half-hours. At the center, 'Lassalle & C. A’ Paris 1 B. Des Capucines' indicates the French manufacturer. The clock is working and in good condition.
