Drawing of a Galley, Paris 1772. Large engraving taken from Diderot's Encyclopedia published in Paris, depicting a Galley seen from the side with drawings of anchors titled in the center 'Marine Dessein d'une Galere à la Rame nommée la Réale'. Bottom left: Gaussier on the designs of Mr. Belin, engineer of the Navy and finally bottom left: Bernard Fecit. The print is in a good state of conservation, with later coloring, presented within a passe-partout and a modern lacquered and marbled blue wooden frame.
