Italian painting from the first half of the 20th century. Oil on canvas, first canvas, depicting an elegant flower garden with a fountain and sculptures, of good pictorial quality. The painting is adorned with a beautifully decorated carved and silvered wooden frame. The painting has a beautiful patina, with small signs of aging, and is suitable for antique dealers and interior decorators.
Beautifully sized and proportioned, this work would easily fit in any room of the home. A signature, difficult to read, is visible in the lower right corner; it is currently being studied. This tasteful and pleasing work has undergone conservative restoration with a patch on the back (see photo). Overall, the painting is in good condition. Internal dimensions: H 58.5 x W 77 cm.
