Description:
Small four-drawer walnut chest of drawers, of refined Florentine craftsmanship. The corner uprights are chamfered and embellished with elegant molded pilasters; at the corners of the top distinctive carved triangular inserts stand out, while the sides are enriched by paneling that echoes the motif of the front. The base rests on a shaped plinth with a rich pierced central shelf. The drawers retain their original bronze escutcheons with their keys. The piece of furniture retains its original bottoms, back, and locks, testifying to its integrity.
