PTL736 - Rare and elegant pair of interior double doors, made of solid wood and embellished with refined monochromatic painted decoration. The doors feature a sober antiqued ivory lacquer with a pleasant original patina, marked by the natural passage of time. Each door is divided by two shaped panels with a curvilinear profile, within which delicate idealized landscapes are developed, executed in a reddish-brown monochrome. The scenes depict classicizing architecture, ruins, bridges, slender trees, and small figures immersed in evocative fantasy landscapes, inspired by veduta painting and 18th-century Arcadian taste. 17th/18th century period.
