The piece features details and finishes typical of the Empire style, with gilded acanthus leaf decorations in genuine gold leaf, and an Empire green lacquered ring at the base of the column. The table is distinguished by its circular top, equipped with a small drawer opening with a lost-wax cast bronze key, practical for storing objects, and by its concave base supported by four feet. It is a piece of great taste and refinement, capable of adding a touch of class and antiquity to any setting. Lucchese manufacture (Lucca, Tuscany) from the Empire period, around the early 19th century.
