Pair of maiolica plates with carnation decoration, Ferniani Manufacture, Faenza, painted in polychromy, in shades of blue, brown, yellow, red, orange, and green. Inside the well, the so-called carnation decoration is arranged, with the flower standing out on a long sinuous stem; a narrow band with trellis segments and flowering branches frames the central motif and marks the transition to the rim, which is adorned with two alternating floral compositions. Two thin lines mark the border of the composition of these two antique majolica plates from the 18th century, 20 cm in diameter. Faenza, third quarter of the 1700s, in good condition of preservation.
