She was trained by artists like Adolphe Yvon, Dominique Rozier, and Ulpiano Checa, a Spanish painter active in Paris. She distinguished herself particularly as a painter of animal subjects, especially paintings with cats, which constitute a significant part of her artistic production. She received a mention in 1900. Some of her works are preserved in important museums in France.
