Description:
Pair of console tables/side tables with a shaped wooden structure in the form of an "X" (with splayed legs tapering downwards), covered in fine flame-grained rosewood veneer with a passing golden wedge-shaped insert as a decorative accent. The top consists of a shaped slab of clear crystal with rounded corners, fixed to the wooden structure by brass screw studs. Italian design from the Cantù school (inspired by the styles of Ico Parisi and Osvaldo Borsani); 1950s.
