Delightful Flemish still life, oil on panel, measuring 28 x 35 cm without the frame and 38 x 45 cm with the contemporary frame.
We can note the beauty of the mimetic representation of the fruit and a truly qualitative representation of the shell and vase. The vibrant colors and the interplay between the foreground and the rest of the composition make me think of a Flemish composition from the late 18th century.
