Elegant ceramic tureen with lid from Portmeirion, belonging to the renowned Botanic Garden collection, designed by Susan Williams-Ellis in 1972. Made in the 1990s from ivory-colored glazed ceramic, it features the series' iconic polychrome botanical decorations, with delicate floral motifs, butterflies, and green borders inspired by antique 19th-century naturalistic illustrations.
The soft and elegant lines, the double side handles, and the domed lid with a central grip make this piece ideal for both table use and as a refined decorative element in a classic English or cottage style.
